I'm creating a wallhanging for a commercial location with a decor heavy in browns and creams and tans. A traditional pattern just won't fit in the environment so I'm starting with traditional and seeing what happens. Rate this at the bottom of the post please.

Color Scheme 1 seems more trendy to me. what color are the walls? If they are dark, the individual blocks of scheme 1 would appear to float off the wall more than if it were on light colored walls. vice versa for scheme 2

Johnnie, I love color scheme 1 - Black/Brown. Seeing this top makes me want to add another UFO! It is gorgeous!
